The Takama 66" 3 Section Tripod with 3 Way Head is designed for maximum stability and portability in a lightweight package, making it the ideal value support system for on-the-go assignments with payloads of up to 10 lbs. The 3-tiered extendable leg and center column system reaches a full height of 66.0" and features sturdy self-leveling rubber feet, large, easy to set flip-lever locks, and a torsion resistant center spread brace for added support. The geared center column gives the advantage of controlling height for precise shots without readjusting the tripod legs. There is even a convenient tote handle and a center hook to suspend a weight to stabilize the tripod when necessary. The 3-way pan/tilt/flip head is integrated to the body of the TAKP3H66 system. Tilt angle is controlled by a textured pan handle and the horizontal pan platform provides a 360 degree range of smooth motion. Both rotation axis's have separate adjustment with independent locking. The whole head assembly can be quickly flipped to a 90 degree position for vertical shots. The exclusive easy-lock quick release plate allows for secure placement of a camera.
